Terms and Conditions for Good Food Ireland Gourmet Gifts, Roaming Cards & Edible Items (excluding tours, experiences, cooking adventures or any bespoke holidays & experiences)
Good Food Ireland is referred to as “The Company”, and any person purchasing the products on this site is referred to as “The Purchaser”. By using our site, you agree on the terms and conditions below.
1. Company Details
Good Food Ireland Limited
All prices on the site are in Euro. We accept all major credit and debit cards through online purchases, and bank transfers on “offline” sales, for invoice payment, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note prices may change occasionally, make sure you check the final price at the checkout before placing your order.Website Safety
Good Food Ireland Gourmet Gifts and Prepaid Roaming Cards are purchased via Shopify. If you prefer not to place your order online and pay by credit card, please contact our Sales Team on email@example.com.
3. Gift Cards
- Good Food Ireland Gift Cards are valid at Good Food Ireland Approved Members at time of redemption.
- Good Food Ireland Gift Cards are non-refundable and there is no cash alternative.
- Original Gift Card only must be presented at venue
- Good Food Ireland Gift Cards must be redeemed within the date specified on the gift card.
- Good Food Ireland Gift Cards are valid for 12 months.
- Good Food Ireland takes no responsibility for lost or stolen vouchers.
Food Product Delivery:
Please ensure delivery address and phone number are correctly input before placing the order. Once the courier gets a docket signed by the recipient at the given address, the goods are considered delivered. Good Food Ireland uses third party couriers to deliver the purchased items and it is the responsibility of The Purchaser to ensure someone will be at the given address to receipt the goods. In the occasion of delivery attempt failing, a docket will be left at the address for The Purchaser to arrange a pick up from a local depot. If the items are not picked up from the depot by the given date, all goods will be sent back to “The Company” and a charges will apply to arrange a second delivery by a courier.
Delivery times may vary between countries. Orders within Ireland are usually dispatched within the next working day. Orders from the UK and Europe are usually delivered within 3-5 working days.
Gift Card Delivery:
Gift Cards are delivered by Standard Post. Expected delivery is 2-3 days, excluding weekends and bank holidays in Ireland. Please allow for 3-5 working days for delivery to the U.K.
5. Refunds, Damages, Returns
In a case of any goods are delivered in damaged condition, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. You can contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone +353 539158693. We can then make arrangements with you to replace or refund the damaged goods.
The Goods in full can be returned within 7 working days from the delivery as long as they are in the same condition as when they were delivered. The return costs are The Purchaser’s responsibility, but the price of the original order will be refunded (excluding delivery cost) as long as all goods are returned in good condition and in full packaging.
All products on the website are subject to availability. Unavailable items will be replaced with relevant items of equal or greater value.
7. Force Majeure
Whilst every effort is made to meet the requested or stated delivery date, The Company will not be liable for any damage or loss caused by delays due to reasons beyond our control.
Good Food Ireland only uses the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. None of the information given to The Company by The Purchaser on this site is given forward to any third party companies. All information is gathered to ensure the best service and correct delivery.
You will only receive marketing material from us by email if you sign up for our newsletter. Even after signing up to our mailing list you can opt out at any time.

None of the above terms affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
