The Butchery and Curing Weekend will bring it all back to basics from the beginning of your meats’ journey to your plate - from raw meat right through to curing and cooking.
Fingal Ferguson will bring all of his knowledge and skill to Dingle Cookery School for this weekend making it is an excellent opportunity to learn from such a master craftsman.
